RuleRivet beta
Privacy and data retention
This page describes what the beta currently stores and how it is used. The app does not currently set automatic deletion dates for account or renewal data.
Information you provide
- Creating an account asks for your name, email address, password, state and trade. Email verification is required for workspace access.
- The optional beta registration asks for your name, email, state and trade, plus a required choice about beta-related follow-up and a separate optional choice about promotional messages.
- Renewal tracking stores the renewal title, type, state, trade, due date and completion date. If you choose, it also stores your private note, handoff status, reminder preferences and attached-document details.
- The qualification register stores a qualification type, title and expiry date. If you send optional workspace feedback, the app stores your message and category with your account and trade profile.
How the information is used and who can access it
- Account details are used to sign you in, verify your email and load your trade profile. Renewal and qualification details are used to show and manage your registers, notes and handoffs, and any CSV export you request.
- Email reminders are off by default. If you turn them on, the app uses your account email and renewal or qualification expiry timing to send them.
- Beta registration details are stored for follow-up and may be recorded in the company's Polsia dashboard. If that recording is unavailable, the app may send a notification to the company inbox.
- Optional workspace feedback is sent to the company's Polsia dashboard for review. If that recording is unavailable, the app may send a notification to the company inbox.
- Renewal APIs check the signed-in account before returning or changing its records. Ordinary beta accounts cannot read another account's renewals, notes, handoffs or reminder history. The configured owner account has separately protected tools to review beta registrations and workspace feedback and manage beta access; those admin APIs do not list renewal notes or attached-document links.
- When site analytics are configured, the app sends a random browser identifier with an analytics account identifier to Polsia. The analytics request does not include your password, renewal notes or document contents.
Attached documents
Uploads are allowed only from an authenticated beta account with renewal access, and the app checks account ownership before its document route returns a file link. The upload service also returns a direct storage URL. This deployment has no verified private-access contract for that URL, so RuleRivet cannot promise that someone who obtains the URL will be blocked by the storage service. Treat a copied file URL as potentially accessible outside the app, and avoid uploading documents whose contents require stronger storage privacy until this is confirmed.
Retention, archiving and deletion
- The app has no published retention period or automatic deletion schedule for account profiles, beta registrations, qualification entries or workspace feedback.
- Archiving a renewal removes it from the active register; it does not delete the renewal row or its related note, handoff history, reminder history or attachment details. Archived records are retained without a defined expiry in the current app.
- The app does not currently provide self-service account deletion, beta-registration deletion or document deletion. You can remove a qualification entry from the workspace. Archiving a renewal does not remove its stored file from the upload service, and the app has no automatic document deletion schedule.
- No fixed time is promised for handling a privacy request. Email the address below to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
